Direct website bookings continue to Tab, where guests reconfirm their stay, check live availability, review the final price, add guest details, and pay securely.
Tab handles card details
Bula Bliss does not collect card numbers on this website or through WhatsApp. Payment details are entered only inside Tab’s secure checkout.
Any alternative is stated clearly
If Bula Bliss agrees to a different payment arrangement, it will be confirmed in writing before payment is requested.
The website and WhatsApp do not collect card details. Never send a card number, security code, or card photo in a message. Enter payment details only inside Tab Checkout Flow. A direct reservation is confirmed once checkout is completed and a booking confirmation is issued.
Direct cancellations
Refunds depend on how early you cancel.
These time bands apply to direct Bula Bliss reservations unless your written confirmation includes a different cancellation condition.

A full refund of the amount paid applies, less non-recoverable payment-provider fees.

A 50% refund of the amount paid applies.
Or a no-show
The booking is non-refundable.
Refund process
Request it through your confirmed booking channel.

Send the cancellation request through WhatsApp or the same channel used to confirm the direct booking.
- 2Receive the refund decision
Bula Bliss will confirm the applicable refund based on the notice period and the written booking terms.
- 3Refund to the original method where practical
Payment-provider and bank processing times vary. Non-recoverable transaction fees may be deducted.
Changing your dates
Date-change requests are subject to availability and any rate difference. If the requested change cannot be accommodated, the applicable cancellation terms remain in effect.
Booking.com and Airbnb
Your platform confirmation controls.
Reservations made through Booking.com, Airbnb, or another booking platform follow the payment, cancellation, and refund conditions shown when that reservation was confirmed.
If platform terms differ from this direct-booking policy, the platform confirmation takes priority. Please make cancellation requests inside the relevant platform message or reservation area.
